Skills required

• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering, or Science with well-known university
• Min 10 years in telecommunication based environment with chnical know-how and also min.3 years in technical function , in a role of leading/supervising/coaching team
• Leading and working in cross-functional team on a regular basis to resolve issues
• Strongpetency on Project management, Presentation skills, People Management, aptability , Customer Service and good personality
• The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures
• The ability to lead and motivate others
• Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
• The ability to negotiate with, and persuade others
• The confidence to respond positively when under pressure People management skills
